Herbal savouriness to the ripe fruit, dried thyme, oregano, tomato leaf, sour cherry, cassis, plum, dried tomato. Full-bodied and supple on the palate, soft, ripe acidity that picks up on the finish, pithy tannins, juicy fruit, with certain ageing potential.
