The non-alcoholic sparkling wine Zeronimo Sparkling Select, vintage 2024 from the winery Heribert Bayer Kellerei In Signo Leonis has been rated in 2026 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points.
Very floral from the glass: nutmeg, blood orange and rose water, candied pineapple. Very good clarity and expression. The fresh, richly dosed carbonic acid gives the wine a good drive, it proves to be well balanced with not too much sweetness as a counterbalance to its emphasized freshness, the finish is of good and also quite homogeneous length.
