It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Weißburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Burgenland in Austria.
Floral and yeasty aromas, bitter almonds, some slightly tropical hints. On the palate, the sparkling wine is crisp and dry, the acidity is very well integrated, the mousse is lively with a medium persistence and reinforces the impression of a concentrated tension.
