Strong yellow. Good bubbly, fine yeast on the nose, apple skin, berryish Pinot fruit, raspberry and wild berries. Substantial and creamy on the palate, full-bodied with a fine nerve acid vein, citrus to red and also yellow fruit notes, quite fine mousse, with or without food.
