The blanc de noirs Unterschüpf Schwarzriesling Blanc de Noir trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Johann August Sack has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Schwarzriesling from the region Baden in Germany.
A briefly foaming mousse indicates that some fermentation carbon dioxide is still vivid in the wine. Delicate hints of redcurrant and yellow sweet cherry berries can be smelled. The invigorating freshness of acidity on the palate, which is also slightly reminiscent of citrus fruit, is very pleasing. Everything is well combined in a slender body. Nevertheless, the finish is quite emphatic!
