Medium greenish yellow, lively mousse, fresh perlage. Delicate smoky-mineral notes on the nose, very typical, fine blossom honey, delicate almond note. Crisp and vegetal on the palate, fine mineral nuances, salty finish. Medium length, very gastronomic style, unmistakable, at the same time somewhat old-fashioned.
