Light yellow gold, very restrained, very fine mousseux. Fine lime peel, delicate yeasty notes, some cookie, a hint of herbal spice. Full-bodied, vinous style, lively, animating structure, white fruit, classic dry style, good length, finely radiant, nuances of green apple on the finish, very versatile.
