Tasting from 01.01.2022: Fintan Kerr

A very solid expression of 100% Xarel·lo; herbal, grassy and a little smoky. Whilst there's not huge complexity here, the drive of the wine is surprising and the sappy, dry finish is just delicious. A very complete, affordable Cava.
