Tasting Notes
Caramel popcorn, subtle smoke and ripe plum notions blend into a juicy core of black cherry. This is all out on the nose but the palate introduces a counterbalance of freshness. The body is full but pervaded by a line of acidity and dense but still drying tannins. The fruit underneath, accentuated by freshness, shows purity and glints of red berry aromatics that are a promise for the future. A bold wine that needs time in bottle.
