Intense, sparkling straw yellow with light green tones. Very fine and clear nose, with notes of cloves, fennel seeds and aniseed, followed by a hint of baked apple. Develops on the palate with good pressure, rich fruit, flows calmly, beautiful interplay between fruit and subtle bitter notes in the finish.
