A sparkling, rich straw yellow. A delicately nuanced nose, somewhat reserved, reveals notes of cloves and cinnamon, with hints of lychee and pickled pineapple. Very exciting on the palate, showing great complexity; it has good body but also plenty of mineral notes, which lend the wine liveliness, with a long finish featuring rich spice notes.
