The white wine Südtirol Sauvignon Passion DOC, vintage 2012 from the winery Kellerei Sankt Pauls has been rated in 2014 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, sparkling straw yellow with intense green reflections. Concentrated nose, initially slightly smoky and mineral, then opens up with an intense aroma of mango and elderflower. Lush on the palate, full-bodied, creamy, a powerful type, still appears very young, but has the best potential, juicy acidity that is well integrated, subtle woody notes on the finish.
