Bright straw yellow with brilliant green reflections. Intense and expressive nose of fresh herbs, freshly cut grass, lots of lime, slight hints of tomato leaf and sage, with ripe fruit notes of tropical fruits on the finish after a little time. Animating on the palate, with a rich texture texture, light phenolic notes, finishing on crisp green apple, subtly salty.
