Bright, light golden yellow with light green nuances. Dense and complex nose, aromas of tree-ripened apple, fine pear, overlaid with rich herbal savouriness, hay, also shows fine mineral notes, flint. Plays up grandly on the palate, flint, racy acidity, salty, shows beautiful ripe fruit, exciting and multilayered, long finish.
