Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow with hints of green. Opens with subtle smoky notes of cool stone, then tree-fresh apple, some apricot, and pineapple. The palate starts grandiosely with lots of crisp Mirabelle plum and some banana. It is very profound, savoury, and, with a long finish, a long-distance runner.
