It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with delicate olive green reflections. Smells of baby banana, salt lemon, flint, light pink grapefruit, sea breeze, with subtle hints of cold butter and wood. Great finesse and elegance on the palate, subtle creaminess, opens up in several dimensions on the palate, racy acidity, balanced, subtly alcoholic on the finish.
