Clear, intense straw yellow colour. Very clear and inviting nose of hawthorn, some acacia blossom, then lots of ripe apple, smoky-mineral notes in the background. Shows great playfulness on the palate, lots of ripe, rich yellow fruit, builds up powerfully, impressive volume, juicy and long finish.
