Tasting Notes
Bright, intense straw yellow with green nuances. Impressive, fragrant nose, opens with notes of tree-ripened apples, some melon, then notes of flint, with a play of fine herbs in the background. Juicy attack, lots of fresh fruit, apple and peach, then salty mineral notes on the back palate, with very good length.
