The white wine Terlaner Classico DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Cantina Terlano has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Hay flowers, calendula, sesame oil, very classically constructed on the palate, ripe acidity, full-bodied and supple notes, but completely without fat pads, rock-solid craftsmanship, needs another year or two to fully develop, and will then be a formidable accompaniment to poultry or Schlutzkrapfen.
