An intense, bright straw yellow with a light golden sheen. Somewhat closed on the nose, ripe yellow fruit, hints of cold smoke, crisp green apple, lemon zest, fine oak. On the palate, a sweet fruit texture, refined aromas, polished, already elegant, still needs time.
