Tasting Notes
A yeasty-fresh nose flows from the glass, hay, leafy greens, some herbs and liquorice. In the mouth, the flint wine opens with comparatively generous sweetness, a lively but fine acid backbone creates balance, the quite cultivated mousse refreshes the palate. The finish is juicy and invigoratingly pithy - an ideal aperitif flint wine.
