Light brass with silver-coloured reflections. A delicate touch of caramel, ripe pear fruit: a fine herbal flavour. Juicy, balanced palate with fresh orchard-fruit nuances and fine acidity. Mineral and persistent, it is versatile and shows certain ageing potential.
