Tasting from 18.04.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, shiny straw yellow with golden reflections. Fruity on the nose with notes of apricot, white peach, candied fruit, white flowers and a hint of savouriness. Full-bodied on the palate with a sweet fruity note reminiscent of ripe apricot and a clearly vivid alcoholic note. Well-integrated acidity, lingering finish with a slightly salty character.
