Tasting Notes
Clear ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Fine savoury herbal note, some thyme, then lots of dark wild raspberry. Hearty and dense on the palate, gripping tannin, fine nougat note, long finish.
More about the tastingClear, rich ruby with a slight garnet rim. Very clear and memorable nose, aromas of ripe plum, raspberry, also some blueberry, polished. Also very delicate on the palate, shows a lot of vivid, clear fruit at the beginning, then opens up with a lot of fine-meshed, polished tannin, full and clear, spreads out powerfully, very long finish, aftertaste of pomegranate.
