Medium carmine garnet, broad watery rim, brighter at the edge. Fine roasted aromas on the nose, hints of plum jam, delicate leafy notes, delicate cherry confit, subtle hint of Brettanomyces, some dried apricot. Delicate on the palate, mineral, firm tannin structure, fruit delicately reminiscent of strawberries, very balanced, floral hints, dries well on the finish, versatile food companion.
