Medium yellow-green. Rather restrained, delicate roasted notes, a hint of banana and yellow apple, delicate hints of meadow herbs. Juicy, good complexity, buttery texture, underpinned by a pleasant acidity, subtle sweetness on the finish, lemony aftertaste, versatile.
