The red wine Rouge Saint Guilhem le Désert IGP, vintage 2018 from the winery Mas de Daumas Gassac has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 - 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Barrel tasting of successful assemblage. Coconut, wood, blueberry and cassis, very precise and fresh, on the palate full and plump with fruit, integrated alcohol, mild acidity, suppleness, but also juice, mineral, endless lime, very much tension, finesse. Grippingly dense and tactile-mineral.
