Tasting Notes
A radiantly fresh aroma: sour cherry, plum, dark chocolate, thyme, juniper and garrigue. The palate is soft and almost oily, developing a very dense, sandy to fine-grained tannin on this background. It builds up a firm extract tension, then dissolves in a juicy, fine-nerved manner and finally - accompanied by intense tactile-mineral perceptions - finishes compactly.
