The red wine Barolo Parafada DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Massolino Vigna Rionda has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Shiny ruby with a light garnet edge. Intense and appealing nose, first of leather and truffle, then a lot of plum, some rosewood. Plenty of juicy and vivid fruit on the palate, showing dense tannin embedded in rich texture, long finish.
