Tasting Notes
Bright, intense ruby red. Fleshy red berry nose of cherry and blood, reminiscent of rose hip, ripe wild strawberry and blossom honey in the aftertaste. Densely woven on the palate with juicy, grippy tannins, great spiciness, a slightly malty note, with emphasis and good length, has character.
More about the tastingBrightening, dark shiny garnet with a bright centre. The nose is currently still very restrained, some cherry and rose petal underpinned by subtle volatility. Reveals a beautiful tension on the palate, dark fruity core, juicy, lucid, very precise, still young, slightly salty finish.
