Tasting Notes
Bright, rich ruby red. Savoury, delicate toastiness on the nose, white pepper, remotely reminiscent of coffee grounds and malt with pickled peach in the background. Juicy and bright on the palate with tight tannin and saltiness. A year of bottle ageing has really paid off, the components have come together magnificently.
More about the tastingDark shining ruby. Expressive elegant oaky spice on the nose, beautifully integrated, red berry core, raspberries and rose hips, light malty tones. Salty on the palate with tightly woven, polished tannin, noticeable but not disturbing use of oak, currently still very young, would benefit from ageing.
