Tasting Notes
Brilliant lemon yellow in colour. A slightly reductive nose at the beginning, then Bach flowers, white rose, lime and lemon balm unfold. The palate brings a very fine mousse, and a sweetness that is well buffered with a flattering acidity. Finishes light-footed with plenty of freshness, a wonderful accompaniment to cake or mild cheese.
More about the tastingMedium, bright green gold. Delicate aromas of Bach flowers, lime leaf with hints of acacia honey, raspberries and yeast savouriness. Delicate, silky mousse on the palate, almond brioche with a finely chiseled acidity that is surprisingly refreshing and creamy despite the honey sweetness. An appealing, fruity sparkling wine that goes well with dessert or cheese.
