The red wine Vignarionda Barolo DOCG, vintage 2004 from the winery Oddero Poderi e Cantine has been rated in 2010 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright ruby garnet in colour. An inviting, interwoven nose with notes of stewed cherries and rose petals. Multi-layered and complex on the palate, opening with rich, pithy tannins and some fine savoury components that add depth. Builds richly, before a long finish of red berries.
