The rosé wine »Kiefer by m & schmidt« Eichstetter Rosé, vintage 2024 from the winery Ökologisches Weingut Schmidt has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Deep raspberry pink in the glass. Fragrant nose, sweet cherry, blood orange next to orange peel, floral notes, lilac and leafy green notes. Full-bodied on the palate with a slender structure, juicy, straightforward acidity and fine-grained tannins that contribute to the profile. Also interesting from a gastronomic point of view.
