Tasting from 16.08.2023: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, aromas of tropical fruit, mango, passionfruit and also lychee, blackcurrant, and some pear. The juicy, crisp palate is lean and compact with vivid, crystalline acidity and notes of tart pear and currants, finely spiced with a hint of yellow curry, some minerality and white pepper, with notes of pink grapefruit on the finish.
