The red wine Barolo Prapò DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Paolo Scavino has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant, rich ruby with light garnet rim. Very compact and intense nose, notes of mulberries, ripe wild raspberries and some liquorice. Shows itself quite nervous at the palate, grippy, easily drying tannin, then a firm drive and finish, still needs a lot of time.
