This Crémant is light yellow in colour with a persistent sparkle. The bouquet reveals yeasty and fruity notes, with aromas of melon, apple, stone fruit, acacia blossom as well as revealing brioche, buttered toast and toffee. An interplay of fruit, fresh acidity and creamy mousse unfold on the moderately dosed palate. A subtle yeasty note persists for a long time on the palate.
