Crystalline salmon pink colour with orange reflections. Inviting bouquet of black cherry, cassis and hints of quince. Taut on the palate, underpinned by fine tannins, powerful with juicy, balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity, very fine bubbles. A fine tart tobacco aftertaste with a salty, mineral finish. Good length.
