Tasting Notes
Bright lemon zest with a lick of cream on the nose, together with a mealy character. On the palate there's a richness combined with zesty vigour and satisfying texture. There's oak here, but it's kept very much in the background. Ripe yet restrained, perhaps even a little pent up at this youthful stage.
