Medium yellow green colour. Delicate flavours of baby banana and yellow greengage, fine herbal savouriness, subtle hints of savouriness, mineral touch. Juicy yellow tropical fruits, delicate caramel flavour, fine acidity, light nougat on the finish, a balanced food wine.
