Strong yellow gold colour. Herbal savouriness with fine sweetness, hints of quince, some cassis, yellow stone fruit notes. Full-bodied, creamy texture, a touch of banana, elegant, fine acidity, lingers very well, nuances of peach on the finish, mineral aftertaste.
