Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark, rich ruby red. Ripe plums and rich Amarena cherries on the nose, slightly animalistic and savoury, dried tomatoes and leather. On the palate with drive and salty fruit, tightly woven and full on the palate.
