The red wine Valpolicella DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Provolo has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Molinara, Corvinone
Ruby red with purple highlights. On the nose there are earthy notes, also hints of cranberry, plus some dried rose petal. The palate is juicy, with a dark fruit core, shows well integrated acidity, tight and with body, minimal drying, a very rich Valpolicella.
