Light gold colour with green reflections. Fine bouquet of woodruff, fennel herb, some almond mousse and slightly smoky. Refreshing, vital acid core, with very elegant mousse, delicately savoury, mineral structure. Delicate citrus zest on the finish, medium body. Still youthful.
