The red wine Geremia IGT, vintage 2003 from the winery Rocca di Montegrossi has been rated in 2006 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, impenetrable ruby purple; slightly reductive notes on the nose, then lots of elderberries, dark chocolate, inviting, underlaid with cinnamon and cloves; lots of rich, dark berry fruit on the attack, then unfolds with some rough, gripping tannin, but at the same time very fresh and juicy.
