The red wine Geremia IGT, vintage 2010 from the winery Rocca di Montegrossi has been rated in 2014 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, bright ruby purple colour. Opens on the nose with rich notes of tobacco, then lots of ripe blackberry, cassis, liquorice. Shows grippy, dense tannins on the palate, juicy dark berry fruit, builds up in many layers, firm drive on the finish, remains very drinkable despite its concentration.
