The red wine Geremia IGT, vintage 2014 from the winery Rocca di Montegrossi has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep, dark ruby with lots of purple. Precise and pronounced aromas of cassis and ripe blackberries with underlying hints of liquorice and soot. Initially a lot of dark berries on the palate with some liquorice notes, giving way to sturdy, high tannins and an earthy, slightly savoury finish.
