Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, silver tints. With a breath of caramel underlaid with notes of ripe yellow tropical fruit, appeal of cooked rhubarb, honey, delicate spices. Substantial, fruity-sweet texture, roasted pineapple, soft body, medium length, offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
More about the tastingA fruity bouquet: white-fleshed peach, green gooseberry, apple compote. But then also savoury components of anise and liquorice. Soft attack, silky flow with mild acidity and a length carried by the fabric, but at the same time very aromatic, orange peel, red berries, well integrated (strong) alcohol.
