The red wine Teatro Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Salicutti has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant, rich garnet red with a light rim. Displays a charming nose with pronounced notes of wild raspberries, preserved cherries and some rose petals in the background. Juicy on the palate, has lots of vivid fruit, opens up on the finish with lots of finely-meshed tannins, lingers for a very long time.
