The sparkling wine Millesimato Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Brut – Red Edition, vintage 2015 from the winery San Simone has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
A very clear, nuanced bouquet: apple blossom, lime blossom, citrus fruit. Some peach and hazelnut on contact with the air. Carried by a fine mousse on the palate, fine acidity with a delicate sweet finish, a delicate, fresh and very cultivated spumante that cuts a fine figure as a high-quality aperitif.
